quality, stress levels, dietary triggers and mindset before truly

Simple SETT Outline
We’re going to assess your SETT (Sustenance, Ecosystem, Textiles and Topical(s)).
Mentally walk through your day while writing down the things you come in contact with. Your car, your office, the carpet at the office, the stress of your drive. Write down all of your most visited places as well as the textiles, chemicals, gasses or liquids within these areas.
Here are some examples: cleaning solvents, the microfiber fabric on your couch, grease removers in the garage, soap in public bathrooms, your car interior, the floor of your rental.
Overview of Your Healing Tips
We'll devise a list of elements within your life that may be affecting your skin. I will then take that list a create
an outline for you that you may apply and try within your life; a guide
if you will of things to avoid or test within your daily rituals. As well as things to introduce in order to begin healing.
Care Guide
Because mindfulness has to much to do with our ability to heal, I'll provide you with a personal guide based on your lifestyle and preferences. This could include mantras & meditation practices, workouts or simple stretches, dry-brushing or topical healing.
For Best Results:
Prepare for your session by making a list of your daily habits, products and diet. This will make it easier to assess your individual healing protocol when we complete our phone, skype or Facetime session.
